Who can resist good food?

Last night before I went to sleep, I started to drink a mug of BIOSLIM tea. Thanks to my GT friend LUZ who brought this for me from Manila. I don't know if I should be expecting something this morning when I woke up becuase I just had my toilet moment as usual and didn't feel anything special during or after. LOL. sorry that was gross. So my I-want-to-loose-weight regime started with a cup of tea seriously now! :D
At work, I also drink 3-4 cups of Japanese green tea which has free radicals and antioxidants and with this FYI from here - Research by Japanese and other researchers(1) suggest that if the average person were to drink five cups of green tea a day, they would burn an extra 70 to 80 extra calories through an effect known as thermogenesis - the process of heat production in organisms.

Alright so I am hopeful! ha-ha-ha
But in the office, food is everywhere. We have stocks of biscuits, crackers, cupnoodles, Arnotts chocolate products - in other words there is abundance of calories in the pantry. Most of the time colleagues like to buy food for everyone to share. The other day, MM ordered loads of dimsum from a chinese restaurant. Just imagine it like this but much more.

And today, James brought us a platter of wraps! It looked something like,

Who can resist that? It amazingly tastes heaven! I ♥ wraps! They ordered it from Froots, which said their product is healthy. Got that info from their website. :D

I got one for my taste test and I loved it so got another 2! I thought I'm on diet?

But again, who can resist good food? I may not be one of them!
