GT: Health is Wealth

Joining GT's first topic of the year! Happy. This January we will all be sharing about our new year resolutions on different aspects of our lives. Today it is about HEALTH.

I think this is important. I think this is something I should really work on. I have been dreaming of getting fit naturally - you know without taking a slimming coffee or whatever. Few months ago I bought a set of badminton rackets, a net and last month bought my new Nike pink shoes because I thought I want to loose weight playing badminton and jogging. When my hubby and I were just dating, we were badminton game enthusiasts. We meet with friends and book badminton courts on different locations in Quezon City. It was fun! I envy my friends who join marathons here and there. Atleast was able to let Hershey join the Standard Chartered Kids Dash marathon which happened last month. It was a Singapore-wide event.

So this year, I would really be glad to have at least once a week jog around our park. Exercise and exercise.

I would like to religiously take my Vitamin C.

Continue to say yes to organic food. Buy organic, eat organic.

Continue to use Olive / Canola oil.

Eat less fatty food. Eat more veggies and get fresh fruits as snacks.

Sleep early. Sleep more.

There... I know it's easy. I just need to always remember that health is wealth.

Blessings ♥

  2. Me too, I'd like to invest in organic food, fresh fruits and veggies, and olive/ canola oil. I know it's a bit more pricey, but it's definitely worth it. ^_^

  3. Organic food is great but a little bit too pricey, especially for a poor student as I am, heh. Good luck fighting your way to a healthy lifestyle! *thumbs up*
