Turning worry to being happy

I am a little disturbed this past few days and every time I remember the thing that causes my troubled heart, I just burst out in anger. This is somewhat a marital issue so just every time I am reminded, I become offensive to my husband. What's good about him is that he don't fight back, he just let me be - he understands but in fairness to myself, I am more calm since last night.

Yesterday, I decided to move on. I said to myself that my being worrisome won't do any good to me or to my relationship with my husband. I knelt down and ask God to let my worry go and I asked Him to hold and control my situation. I cannot do anything about it anyway so the best thing to do is let God protect me from any harm.

And I believed in my heart what He said,

28“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matt11

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6

Moving on I have this verse in me as well...

John 14:27 "... Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

It's all in His hands so I will be at peace and continue to enjoy His blessings.

I thank God that I have Hershey who entertains me most of the time. I called home this morning and our conversation went like this:

Hershey: Mum, are you with Dad?
Me: No.
H: Call naten si Dad, mum. [Let's call Dad, mum]
Me: I can't call Dad. Diba he lost his phone.
H: Di na naten nakita? [ We didn't find it?]
Me: Di na. [No, not anymore]. Ipag-pray mo anak na makita naten so we don't have to buy a new one.[Pray that we find it so we won't buy a new one anymore]
H: I won't pray.
Me: Huh? Pray ka anak. [Pray.]
H: Di na mum pra we buy a new phone. [No mum so we can buy a new phone]
Me: But we don't have money for the new one.
H: Yan na lang pray ko na may money tayo. [That's what I'm gonna pray instead that we have money.]
Me: 0-_-0

And this is my daughter!

May the Lord bless us with His love and wisdom, always.

Blessings ♥
