Napoleones : Bacolod's best

I was craving for Napoleones few weeks ago even posting in on Facebook. I thought it was something impossible but praise God I got a box from my sister last week when some of our friends from the church visited Singapore.

Napoleones is a local sweet delicacy from my city, Bacolod. It is a square shaped pastry with custard cream inside and sugar icing on top. Just the description makes my mouth water. Ha ha!

 I don't think this is an original delicacy though, there has been some articles and pictures online - France has their version too. Say, Mille-feuille -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mille-feuille
